First and foremost, if you’re looking for an amazing doctor and team, look no further! As someone who had previously selected a doctor before finding Dr. Ong, and then having my selected doctor retire, it truly was a blessing in disguise...from start to finish it was a remarkable experience. From the moment you walk in, you see a beautifully designed office and are greeted by the friendliest staff. The moment I met Dr. Ong I felt it in my gut that she was truly passionate about helping others live their best life. She was organized, exceptionally educated, listened to ALL concerns/desires, never once made me feel rushed, and was completely thorough and honest with what to expect pre-op and post-op. She was kind and demonstrated great bedside manner. I couldn’t have found a better surgeon than Dr. Cheri Ong!
