35-45 year old patient, Breast Augmentation This patient came into our Scottsdale, Arizona office wanting a breast augmentation. She breastfed her 2 children and had lost some weight and her goal was to have a perkier, fuller look. She started with an A cup and wanted to be a C cup after her breast enhancement surgery. The large size of her breast caused her neck and back pain and she was unable to do the activities she loved. She wanted to be about a C cup after surgery.
