Meet Our Team

Director of Operations

Originally from Maryland, Beau moved to Arizona in 2009 to pursue his passion for sports and coaching. Since that time, he has had the privilege to learn from and collaborate with top business minds, resulting in over ten years of business operations experience within both services and retail industries.

At Ong Institute for Plastic Surgery & Health, Beau oversees and executes the day-to-day business functions, as well as strategic partnerships. In addition, he works with patients regarding their insurance needs, making sure they are well informed, so they can select an option that best fits their desires.

In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, coaching high school lacrosse, and watching movies. Beau is also a member of Executive Council 70, a group of local business professionals raising money for various charities throughout the valley.

Brittney moved from the Poconos of Pennsylvania in the summer of 2006 to escape the cold winters and attend college in the valley of the sun. With over 10 years of patient care and customer service experience in a typically high paced medical environment, she truly enjoys the one-on-one care that she helps provide to each patient at Ong Institute for Plastic Surgery & Health.

As our client relations specialist, Brittney listens to clients concerns and takes action to help plan the best care possible. While assisting in consultations she will answer any questions that arise before scheduling a procedure.

In her personal life, she enjoys time spent with her husband, close friends, and family. She loves to cook and is an avid baker. Brittney puts an emphasis on fitness in her life and is at the gym working out, doing yoga, running or hiking each day.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Celia moved to the Scottsdale area in 1994 with her family to escape the cold weather. Celia has been working in the medical field for the past 7 years. Before she joined our team, she worked for a Naturopathic Physician in the Scottsdale area.

As a patient scheduling coordinator, she will meet with patients to discuss the surgery and scheduling process; ensuring patients are well educated and answer any questions they may have regarding their procedure. Celia’s health philosophy is ‘balance is the key to feeling better and living better’ – we should honor and tend to our mental, physical and emotional/spiritual well-being.

When she isn’t scheduling surgeries, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her Yorkshire Terrier, Dash, doing hot yoga, cooking, visiting local farmers’ markets and traveling.

In her young age, Julie’s parents made the decision to pack up their home in Long Island, New York and move across the country to the city of Phoenix, Arizona. While growing up in the small town of Gilbert – her love and appreciation for the state of Arizona had grown immensely over the years. With a talented lyricist and published writer as a father, she naturally adapted creativity in all forms and found passion in bringing her own and other’s visions to life in an artistic way.

With an extensive background in customer service, marketing and sales within a primary care setting, she has obtained knowledge and developed techniques that will enhance The Ong Institute’s client development, growth, and retention for long-term success.

In her spare time, she finds most enjoyment while holding a camera in her hands. Photography, traveling, exploring new places and capturing the moments along the way.
