CLIENT ADMINISTRAtive SPECIALIST
Kirstin is our Client Administrative Specialist with an affinity for creative problem solving and organization. She has earned a B.S. in physiology and medical sciences which enforces her enthusiasm for the healthcare industry. With her passion for maintaining operations and prior experience in customer service and administration, Kirstin is eager to enhance the client experience.
Outside of administration, Kirstin enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends and family. Now and then she is privy to adventurous road trips of the southwest to hike or spend time on the Colorado river.
client relations Specialist
Lorene is our Client Relations Specialist. The first thing you will notice about Lorene is that she loves to connect with our clients and welcome them into our Ong Institute family. Nothing makes her smile more than making someone feel at home and cared about. Lorene has her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and over 30 years of experience managing medical practices. She is passionate about helping people.
In Lorene’s free time, she is the proud Mom of two successful young men. She loves the outdoors and can often be found hiking, walking, or photographing one of our many mountains. She also loves music and is learning how to play the guitar.
Alissa RN, BSN is our nurse .She was born and raised in Indiana where she attended Indiana University School of Nursing. After graduating she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for most of her nursing career. Alissa was ready for a change in climate and moved out west to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2015. She then worked at Phoenix Children’s Hospital in the preoperative and PACU unit.
As a registered nurse, Alissa works along with Dr. Ong in a variety of procedures and surgeries to deliver effective patient care. Alissa does the non-surgical procedures as well as administers IV therapies. When she is not working, Alissa enjoys time with her daughter. She enjoys hiking, being out in nature, and loves to travel.
